hi im trying to install moodle 36 i use apace24 2.4.39 64bit vc15 and PHP 7.2.17 64 bitvc15 i got this error. i already enable the extension=intl.someone can suggest what to do. 
The fileinfo extension was enabled by default from PHP 5.3.0 onwards - so check your php.ini file and uncomment this line:
extension=php_fileinfo.dll
If it’s not there, you’ll need to reinstall the extension.
how can i reinstall the extension=php_fineinfo thanks.
