Hi we have a case where an assignment is set where the ‘Submission types’ are both ‘Video/Audio Submission’ and ‘File Submissions’.
I want students to be able to create folders (and hence zip files) but the assignment that is using both Video/Audio Submission and File Submissions does not allow students to create a folder. That is the buttons are there but not clickable.I have tried several browsers and logged in with actual student account. We are using Moodle 3.4.
An assignment with just File Submissions works fine.
The assignment plug-in is eStream if that helps. This is rather urgent if anyone can advise.
