   I have created 4 custom templates as the site administrator, when I log back in to add the custom certiciate as an activity as a teacher, I am able to add the activity, but I do not get the 'gear/cog' to access the teachers view as shown in your video on yotube  as below ?  how can the teacher access the page shown in the screenshot below, please ?

The second screenshot, is of our Moodle certificate page (teachers and managers view) , but not showing any 'Gear' to admin the CC or pick one of the four templates previously created.

If you can advise please, we are using the 'Essential site template' and Moodle 3.3.1
