Slow from University server

Slow from University server

I have Moodle site (3.4) located on a external hosting Virtual Cloud server (FastComet, 6 core, 8 GB RAM, 160 GB harddisk). I have recently noticed that my site has been coming much slower when accessed from the computers at my university and I am getting many more "server unavailable" messages. At home, from cell phone, or using a VPN to mask IP, the speeds are very good and what I expect. 

I am pretty much a novice at server administration or maintenance, but is there some setting in the Moodle site administration or in my cPanel that would solve this problem.

If it is only slow from your university network, then it would seem that is where the problem is.  You need to start there, not with the Moodle site which apparently is working just fine from anywhere else.
