Moodle can't redirect to page after installation

I have just installed Moodle on my web-server. Everything was OK until I came to page where I saw this text: "This page should automatically redirect. If nothing is happening please use the continue link below. Continue." Before this, I updated my database with plugins etc. Next step I didn't came in is to create an admin account, I think.

When I click on Continue, the same page shows again. I deleted all data from moodledata folder (saw it on StackOverflow), but I have the same problem again and again. What can be a problem here and how to solve it?

Thank you in advance.

So... what version of Moodle did you install? What operating system is on your server? What versions of PHP, MySQL etc are you using? Are you on internal, shared, VPS or dedicated hosting?

In the meantime, try reinstalling without the plugins to see if you can actually host Moodle core without any issues, then add plugins afterwards.

I have installed the newest, Moodle 3.6.3+. OS is UNIX, PHP 7.1, Apache 2.4, 10.2.22-MariaDB, shared hosting at Loopia AB Sweden.

I reinstalled all w/o plugins, but the screen with the same message came just after collecting DB informations.

Have you read through https://docs.moodle.org/36/en/Installation_FAQ and https://docs.moodle.org/36/en/Unexpected_installation_halts?

Have you looked at your server error logs?

Have you forced debugging on in your Moodle config.php file?

Check the timeout settings in your php settings - might be worth increasing them: https://support.loopia.com/wiki/editing-php-ini/

Did you install via Loopia’s one click install or did you install manually?

According to their website, Loopia claim that Moodle works on their platforms (https://support.loopia.com/wiki/cms-content-management-system/) so it might be worth talking to their support team.
