We have created reports, that our clients can download but recently we have been receiving complaints about errors that some of the individuals are having.
It seems to be sporadic does not seem to happen all the time or affect everyone, so I am not sure what is causing this, please see screenshot below.
The report generates as expected, the error occurs when they try to download the XLS or CSV file.
