We have created a quiz for students. After the student submits the quiz, the tutor will review the quiz and he/she will grade for every question and give comment for every essay, short answer type question. If the tutor opens the grade book--->user reports then the individual quiz question comments should show up. Currently, it is showing up in the grade book.
