SCORM Camtasia video not playing from Mobile App

Hello All -

I've encountered a problem with a Camtasia SCORM file not playing from my iOS (iPhone 6) device on the Moodle mobile App (or when accessing the our Moodle site from my iPhone using Safari).  The SCORM file loads in a new window, but fails to play as shown below.  I'm attaching the imsmanifest file below.

I remember from long ago, that the Safari browser does not behave as expected when SCORM opens in another window. Can you change your settings to open in the original window?

Thank-you for your response Shirley!   I did actually try that too, but am getting the same behavior,   The SCORM package loads, but then will not play.
