i want use CAS server authentication plugin but it not have protocol version 3 in the CAS protocol version field. you can see in this link:

In May 2014, CAS Protocol specification 3.0 was released.
but in moodle we only have version 1 and 2. look at the picture:
what need to do if i want version 3 ?
is it a forget capability in the moodle?
