Does anyone have any feedback on this issue or has experienced something similar?

Is there a setting for the answers to be written more frequently to moodle or as they answer each question perhaps?

Hello It would be helpful to know which software you used to produce to SCORMs (e.g. Storyline) but in general, check the DB and you will see the information for any attempt and any user. If the information in not being recorded, and you know for a fact that the users are taking longer times to complete the questions, it could be that the session is expiring before the module is completed. I wrote a JS hack to fix the situation some time ago, but I am not entirely sure it is the situation you're referring.

Best Regards,

Brandon

Thanks Brandon, it was created in a tool Elucidat. We now have a few more users who have results and a pass grade but we can't see their answers.

(I'm not familiar with accessing the db but can try and figure it out)

The final score seems to be passed, e.g. we can see they got 90% for example, but the Interactions report is empty. It is only empty for a small number of users. Maybe I'm wrong but if the final score is passing, I would assume the question scores would be passed before that?

Hello,

Did you ever found the solution for this problem?

I have got the same, last year my reports were with answers (scorm interactions report) and this year without. So I cannot see directly which questions are too difficult or wrong each time. My report looks the same. I have made questions in Storyline 3.

For now I log in as the student to see what goes wrong, but it is a lot of work. And before it worked well.
