Here is how we fixed this: "I used my experience that these years gathered, some times the sessions don't work properly by bad coding or by some other reasons, php sessions need to go to garbage after some minutes/hours. My experience said if I shock it by reducing php version for our website and restart the relevant services then back it to its php version and again restart the services we made a shock for it's next cycle. So after some minutes that the old session moved to garbage, we see the movement worked on this case and could make the process back to normal."
