I have been following https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Repository_plugins in an attempting to create a repository plugin. After creating a new instance and saving the settings the instance is not displayed in the "Repositories instances of the site" list. I can however see all the instances in the mdl_repository_instances table, so I know they're getting created, just not displayed. Is there a function/capability/etc required for displaying the instances? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
