Hi there,
I’m hoping someone can help me resolve an issue that is effecting our Learner user experience, specifically around site navigation.
Situation: When new user accounts are created in in the system they are enrolled in an ‘Induction cohort’ which comprises of six courses, only three of those courses carry across to the side-bar on the left-side of the screen (as per screen shot below). I have checked all the course settings in the induction program and all sites seems to have the same settings, the enrollment method is same ‘cohort sync’… Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
