Sorry ... but don't think anyone here could know what module!!!
"duplicate the module or backup the module"
is it a page resource, a SCORM link, a .... whatever? That might help a little.
Error 500's are pretty generic catchall's but ... check moodledata/temp/ for ownerships/permission ... that's where backup files are built. Also, is your site running any additional protections ... like mod_security of seLinux?
Uhhh ... as you can see, am assuming Linux - that's a guess - info on system?
Will say those values are sorta high.
max_input_time = 1440
max_input_vars = 1000000
memory_limit = 30MIF you increased those trying to solve the problem, they didn't appear to have any affect. Settings too high can have an adverse affect - the last value above IS one of those me thinks.
120, 4000, are more sane!
If it were a memory issue, there would be other errors in apache error logs ... trying to exceed, etc.
Moodle code will attempt to allocate extra memory from time to time ... 128M at least ... so your memory limit is actually working against moodle code.
Just don't guess at values ... dig and get info from php's site or mysql's site as well as what one can find in Moodle forums.
With debugging turned on do you get any more info/hints/clues?
