At our moodle 3.0 instance, a lot of teachers use HTML mode in Atto editor when editing texts in their courses. Unfortunately, the white-space of the entered code is lost after saving, which results in a very cluttered and confusing code representation, depriving teacher from being able to navigate between code blocks. At the moment we are using HTML+ plugin for better code representation (https://moodle.org/plugins/atto_htmlplus).
Does anyone have a clue how to preserve code white-space in text editor?
Thank you, then we'll postpone that after updating moodle to 3.6.
So do you mean that preserving white-space in text editor in Moodle version >= 3.6 will work out of the box?
