Does moodle has any mechanism that can use in plugin make user get the newest content when refresh their course page(or frontpage)?
I'm using moodle 3.6.3 with theme lambda, I've tried theme boost, but the same problem exist.
Assignment use XX_get_coursemodule_info to show content in a course, the content would be cached until I edit the activity or resource (or something I'm not sure, but not alway refresh), so when assignment's "allow submission from" time is up, the description won't show up unless someone edit the activity.
