I'm new in moodle and i want to custom my signup form like changing the box background color, header text, box padding & etc.. because i can't find it in signup.php file or signup_form.php file.. and it doesn't have mustache file like login.mustache
not only for signup, but also for forgot_password, my, course, & etc.
Do you know what is the best way to customize that page? because i have been read in some site that changing the php file is a bad step.
