Hello!
I am uploading in my Moodle 3.5 an html file and I still get this line of code appears on the top of the page content:
"YPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd""
I saw this issue (https://github.com/moodleuulm/moodle-local_staticpage/issues/16), but my html it's clean and not saved from MS Word, so it's not the solution for me... any help please?
Do you know what I am doing wrong?
