What is the Best method to restore question Bank into new Moodle ? Using sql backups or using Moodle backup files.
I need to restore quizzes where in one course which has offered several times as separate course for different. So I hope to restore them under one course in new moodle.
Is it better to use separate backup files and restore into one course than using SQL commands to collect all quizzes over the separate course and insert them into new moodle database?
Please kindly help me..
