Has anyone done MoodleCloud and CCAvenue Integration?
I need more information on HOW TO?

Currently, there are no integration between MoodleCloud and CCAvenue.
I cannot see an existing integration between Moodle and CCAvenue in the Moodle plugins database at this time, but a Moodle Partner could develop one for you, if you are not a developper yourself. It's unlikely at this time that such an integration would be made available on MoodleCloud right away.
Note that Moodle is free software, you can host it yourself. You could then use any modules you like, though I'll admit that's not a quick and easy task to complete and deploy.
