We're using Moodle v.3.5
Some of our users complain that the assignment feedback component (Called "Annotate PDF") is not polished enough. They complain mostly about the fact that it's very frustrating to mark things and write comments in the PDF, because the UI of the "Annotate PDF" component is lacking. And when using Moodle with a tablet, it's even worse.
For example, when you are using a stamp and clicking somewhere in the document, the stamp is inserted right and below to the point that you clicked, while the user expects, espcially when using a tablet, that the stamp would be inserted in such a way that the center point of the stamp would be where the user clicked.
I know that the "Annotate PDF advanced" plugin exists, and I plan to test him. However, I would like to if other plugins like this exist? Even If they cost money, it may be worth it if they are polished and updated enough.
