Hoping someone has seen this before.
For some students submitting to some assignments (i.e. not all students and not all assignments), in the grading UI, we are not seeing a Similiarty Index score (rather it's a grey box
with a red x) and the rollover error reads "it is not possible to produce an
originality report for this file". In one assignment this error has affected 3 submissions out of 40. The error stops the students from being able to re-submit.
A similar scenario is described here https://github.com/jmcgettrick/MoodleDirectV2/issues/72. But due dates etc is not the issue in my case (all feb 2019)
For the students with this error the mdl_plagarism_turnitin_files table shows
.statuscode=success
.similarityscore=null
.orcapable=0 (so guessing this is what generates the UI error message)
