In addition to what Emma said, it seems like your PHP setup is missing some PHP extensions, including the soap, xmlrp and intl extensions. You need to add those extensions to your php_extension path before installing Moodle.

One of those messages is saying that your site is not running under HTTPS. If you are installing Moodle on a production server then you need to get this resolved - install a certificate on the web server and configure your site to run HTTPS. If it's a test server or your own localhost computer you can skip the certificate. But probably best to get it working... even with a self-signed certificate if you must.
