I read my Moodle.org daily digest email every morning. I've noticed that when someone has a large image, the view of the email gets ruined for me on my iPhone X. Note that is only occurs when users add the image via the file picker. Using the "Attachment" area doesn't cause this issue.
Here is what the emails look like:
Image 1 - the daily digest has no large images
image 2 - the view of the daily digest that has a large image (further down the posts, shown in image 3)
image 3 - the large image (further down the screen from image 2)
I've created MDL-51994 a while ago but I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue. I was able to add some css to my own Moodle that caps an inserted image at a max-width of 100% - what I don't know is if that applies to the daily digest emails (as I don't receive any daily digest emails from the teachers at my school) and was curious if anyone else knew the answer to that (or where exactly I can go to search).
