Hi,

We provide one to one personalised coaching through BBB+Moodle(3.6)

Can anyone explain how can we allow just one student and one teacher to access a room please?

I mean how do we map a Student and a teacher so that at a fixed time when they both join a BBB session, they are assigned the same room? And that no one else can join in that session..it remains one to one.

One of the items we're working on is viewer management.  Essentially, it's starting a BigBlueButton session where moderators can enter as normal, but anytime a viewer (student) tries to enters, they must get approval by a moderator in the session.

Once we have this in place, you will be able to control from within BigBlueButton exactly which students are allowed to enter the session.

We'll post a follow-up message to this thread when we have something for you to try out.
