I am facing some error during moodle upgrading from 3.3 to 3.6.2+ with php verion 7.0. I have taken backup of moodledata folder, website folder and phpmy admin database. but I could not under stand that how I can take backup of Previously installed plugins.
Please can anybody suggest that Am I going right for upgrading?
Step 1. backup of database, website folder, moodledata
Step2. Remove old website folder and upload updated moodle software. Upload theme folder and replace old config file.
Step 3. Go to url and start upgrading.
But some plugin folder is showing missing and giving error.
Please suggest how and where I can take back of other data and plugins folder.
