Hello, I have this issue,
it may be simple but you seem extremely knowledge, basically, I've followed guide for turning on oAuth2 for my Moodle 3.3 and it was successful. HOWEVER, It was successful just through my computer, whenever someone else tries to authenticate using Google they get Forbidden you don't have permission to access \admin\oauth2callback.php on this server. The official guide on Moodle documentation told me to use that address on google API However I can't find oauth2callback.php on my FTP server.
Basically, everything is working as intented via my computer, but access is restricted from any other computer.
