Hello Community
After I have upgraded to Moodle 3.6.2 (Build: 20190114) I get a Forbidden 403 error when I as Admin want to browse a user profile.
Does any of you have an idea of what is wrong and how I can fix it?

Often various caches cause such confusion. Try clearing all caches, in browser and also on server side, through Moodle admin interface.

The problem was solved by the hosting company whitelisting our site (gugin.online) in mod_security
