I have been looking in the documentation but also searching in the forum without success.
Here is my problem: I am using v2.6.11 and since I upgraded from 2.3 am having an issue. The enrolled students are receiving an email notification every time another user completes a quiz. That is leading to students receiving hundreds of emails.
Can someone lead me in the right direction to fix this?
I know this is different from installation to installation but if this information helps, I am sharing the URL sent to one student:

I don't think that the upgrade will have caused this. I think someone must have edited the role definitions on your server.

Is this correct? I do not want students to receive this notifications at all.

Now I have the settings this way:
I checked some students but they do not have permissions to send email when the quiz is done.
Any clue where can look at to find this glitch?
