I see that you have also posted this question in the comments of the plugin. I suggest you contact the creator of the plugin directly, either via Moodle messaging or using the email address provided in the plugin database. You might also try to contact the plugin creator via GitHub. Note that the status of the plugin is "incubating," so it is not considered suitable for a production site.
I agree that social network analysis is a fascinating area of research, but unfortunately I don't know of a plugin for this that is currently available in Moodle. Here is another discussion that might be of interest to you: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=371883
