Hi!
Im using https://moodle.org/plugins/tool_cohortdatabase to sync external database cohorts into my system.
When running the CLI with --verbose, I get nothing just like the cron completed without any error. Debug errors are on but still no error message.
My remote database use Oracle UTF-16. Moodle uses UTF-8.
In other note, I use external database for authentication with Oracle and it works fine with this Moodle.
Any help highly appreciated.
