Hi there!
I`m also having this problem moodle_database::get_in_or_equal() does not accept empty arrays, when i try to include a random question to an exam in moodle 3.6.3 (Build: 20190311).
I have no clue in what to do about it. Please I'll apreciate any help. Thanx a lot,
