Are you planning on using Airnotifier?
If not, it's optional, you don't have to change those settings at all. You can still enable and use the app. Did you read Moodle_app_guide_for_admins

It seems that the HTTPS certificate is self-signed or not trusted. The mobile app will only work with trusted sites and
Mobile notifications are not enabled. They should be enabled in Manage message outputs.
what should be a problem?
