I am not sure how many of us report bugs via the tracker, but doing so might have some unexpected benefits. I happen to stumble across this this morning and was greatly encouraged about where Moodle is going:

This is the sort of out of the box, innovative thinking Moodle needs. Course format in particular, in Moodle, has a very dated look and often has too much going on, distracting the learner from the learning task. It is a classic case of software getting in the way.
The rope team course format addresses this problem for both learner and course facilitator/writer.
I hope this one makes it into production soon!
