Yes, I did. And they told us they haven’t found any problem... I was wondering if it might be a problem with the hardware I am using: HP PROBOOK Intel CORE i5 8th Gen and a docking station through which everything goes: internet, audio, and video. I was wondering if the docking station might malfunction and be the cause of these problems.
