I'm upgrading Moodle from 3.5.1 to 3.6.1
I get the following error message when attempting the upgrade.
It worked fine on my DEV instance, so I don't think it has anything to do with the versions.. I tried upgrading to 3.6.2 also and get the same issue.
Anyone else run into this problem, or have a solution?
