Get Database Entries from one Database to become Menu options in other Database (Like a Master Data)

I have a requirement where I need to use the entries of one database to from a menu data in another database - (like we have masters in ERP systems).

Can somebody suggest how that can be done please. for e.g. the following is required

Database 1 - Fields = Customer ID, Customer Name

Entry 1 - Cust01, ABC

Entry 2 - Cust02, DEF


Database 2 - Filed = Customer Name which is a menu type field and options as ABC and DEF etc (coming from the entries of Database 1)


Possible?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
