I'm setting up a Moodle to replace our current work training and authorisation system. It's going well and I'm nearly finished with it but there's one detail that I can't seem to change.
The training competencies are set up in the form of assignments. I currently have the generic staff role, sort of like a student role, set up (with the permissions set up in the attached image). The system is letting this role view all the submissions of other users, and I can't seem to turn that feature off.
There is also an assessor role for the senior staff members to grade the staff on their competency and view the submissions, like a teacher role.
I want it set up so that the grades of other users can be seen (so anyone can look and see who is competent in a particular task) in the gradebook, but I don't want all of the submissions to be visible to the normal staff role. Is this possible?
