I have created a quiz with some questions but i want QUIZ menu option should show under My Course-->Games based Learning-->topics1-->topic2-->quiz once student looged in.
How to show quiz navigator under each course like how this screen shots looks ?

What you see there is the shortname of an actual course called "Quiz" (perhaps not the best name for a course, but it is a course with a single quiz if I remember correctly.) If you have a course and you are inside the course then if you name the topic your quiz is in to Quiz or Quizzes, it will appear in the left navigation drawer as Quiz or Quizzes. I don't know how helpful that is.
