Hello Moodlers! I am hoping someone knows how to fix a problem we are experiencing with SCORM lesson activities. We have our live customer accessing Moodle site running on 3.5.2. When we go to add a new SCORM activity to a lesson and save it, then click the hyperlink to open it, we get a blank page with the Course Name displaying along with the Exit Activity button. In testing, we found that if we Edit one of the preexisting SCORM activites and duplicate it, rename it and enter the same url to the SCORM file that we put in the previous example, save it, click the link, the correct content loads properly.
I went and turned debugging on and then went back to my non-working SCORM activity link, clicked it and I then received the first set of errors.
I then click enter and get the second screen of errors shown.
Any ideas of how we can fix the problem of adding new SCORM packages and address these errors?
We also have a testing site that we have just loaded 3.6.2 on and have tested this same situation there and get the same results and errors.
