For some courses, I have tried to complete them multiple times, but it keeps kicking me off stating a "problem has occurred with this web page, so it was reloaded."
Issue is observed on iPhones and iPads, (iOS versions : 11.2, 10.2.1, 9.3.5 ) one out of five times, on Chrome and Safari. It works fine on desktops (Mac and Windows).
While capturing the Moodle logs, we observed that:
Whenever the issue is reproduced, we get message in UI popup saying : "A problem occurred with this web page, so it was reloaded." The logging console disconnects at the same time. In few seconds, new logging console opens up as a new tab. Also, web page reloads itself.
Can someone help in debugging this ?

Default theme is "Clean" and there was no theme selected for Mobile & Tablet devices when this issue was observed.
we tried applying "Clean" theme for Mobile & Tablet and still the same issue is observed.
Well, it's funny that this issue should crop up, again. It happened recently in another forum, but as it seems to be restricted to iOS devices and a particular third-party theme, so what has changed? OK, I am assuming that as Android devices have not been mentioned, there is no issue there. So have you changed anything in your Moodle? Have you, or your service provider, changed anything in the server environment? Has Apple run an upgrade for iOS that has a known or undocumented issue? I don't use iPhones or iPads so wouldn't know, but you might be able to find out.
