Dear Moodlers
we are using Moodle 3.5.1 and getting this error when editing a quiz (after clicking on "+ from question bank")
I tried to find issue making this by opening all 118 questions in question bank, and found that there are 5 questions (out of 118) having a problem when trying editing/deleting them and this message is showing immediately when clicking on "question delete button".
So what happened before this started? Upgrade? Server change?
Where did these questions come from? Did you import them? Were they created on the site?
It would appear that either something has corrupted or someone has been messing in your database. It is stating that the multichoice question does not have any answer options.
If you do not have a backup that you could try restoring to, you are probably going to have to fix this in the database...
I think that if you upgrade to the latest 3.5.x, then this is fixed.
