Hi Nitin,
the app does not protect content that can be retrieved from the Moodle server, any "Webspider browser plugin" can download a full SCORM package from a Moodle web server.
The only way to disable content to be downloaded to the device is as Mary said, disable completely the activity or the download of contents.
