Once competency frame work is created, how it can be configured such that all the courses are automatically linked to competency while creating new course, also, the competency is default present for search while uploading the content of a course
Linking multiple course to a competency can be done, but once a student "earns" the competency on any course, there will be no compelling reason to complete the other courses.
Normally, course to competency are a one-to-one relationship. Or some courses with multiple activities, may award multiple competencies.
There is no search for competencies for students.
You need to add the competencies to your courses and then set which course activities will award which competencies.
You also need to link competencies to learning plan templates, and add students to learning plans.
There is a large amount of administrative set-up and no delivered reports.
