The feedback module can be set up that way. I use feedback on the front page, I use the first question as a what course or teacher are you evaluating and use a dropdown list. That way, you collect everything in one place but then filter by course/teacher.
Or there is an option to also add the feedback to each course but I believe that separates the results but they could be combined back again in a spreadsheet.
