Hi,

On my website i've noticed that all quizes and old certificates (old plugin) have showuseridentity fields (department, institution) in their report but not the new custom cert activities. Any idea why it's happening?

There is actually already an issue to fix this and coincidentally I plan on fixing it today - see https://github.com/markn86/moodle-mod_customcert/issues/224.

I'll be releasing a new version at the end of this week. It will be fixed in 3.6.0, 3.5.5, 3.4.6 and 3.3.15.
