Creating new profile problems

Hello! 

I have a problem. 

Everytime when I create a new profile for some student or teacher in moodle system I run into error - "Internal Server Error".

So bassicaly, I fill in all the information about that new profile, then I'm pressing "create profile", after that nothing happens for like 7-10 minutes and that error shows up. After I refresh the page, It shows that a new profile has been made. Now I'm trying to figure out, what makes this error. Any Ideas maybe, someone? And this is the only problem, everything else works fine. Moodle version is 3.3.2..
My server provider said that it is not something with server, that I need to check some configurations in moodle or...

Well, in server error log I can't find anything that could help. That's weird. 

Maybe I need to update moodle to newer version, that might help?

You're probably looking in the wrong place.

What operating system and web server is it? I'm hoping not Windows big grin
