Hello,
I have a series of grade items in my gradebook for short exams, and for one student in the class, two of the grades are being dropped inexplicably. The grade items have not been excluded, the category is not set to exclude any grades, but these two grade items are grayed out in the gradebook and cannot be made visible. I can't find any setting that would make things show up differently for this student compared to the rest, and no amount of overriding and manually entering grades will make the problem go away. I'm running Moodle 3.3.3. Does anyone have any ideas for how I can get this student's grades to display?
