Teacher activity report needed

Hello Sir/Madam,

                                I am using moodle 3.6 version and i have more than one teacher in my course and i wanted to see which teacher added what activities so i can see who created the activity in the course. Is there a way to see this report or any way kindly advice.thanks

I am also interested in this topic, I am trying to create a plugin where I can find statistics of what activities a teacher has created in their course, but I am involved in the creation of the plugin. Would you like to help me or someone to help me?
