i am making a web application that uses moodle as its backend , the frontend is custom developed.
could someone please tell me as to how i can access the following features from custom php app using moodle webservice or performing CRUD operations directly in database
- creating a new quiz
- editing a quiz name ,start time,endtime ,quiz password
- hiding or unhiding the quiz from students
my moodle version is 3.5+
